FAQs

How can I check the status of my delivery once I have placed an order?

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with the following details about your delivery:

- the items included in the package

- your tracking number (an identifier that the delivery company assigns to your package)

- a direct link to check where your package is at all times.

Your order will be shipped after it has been prepared in our warehouse. This process takes from 2 to 3 working days, except during peak seasons with a very high volume of orders.

How can I get the invoice for my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number where you can download your invoice.

How do I change my invoice details?

You cannot modify the invoice data. Please, confirm that all your data are correct before finalizing the purchase process.

If you wish to generate an invoice with the tax data of a company or individual, the invoicing data must be fully and correctly entered at the time of formalizing the contract, that is, before the payment of the order. Once payment is made, it will not be possible to modify or assign the invoicing to another company or individual.

This resolution is determined by Royal Decree 1619/2012. Sales invoices cannot be modified once they are issued, without prejudice to the right to obtain a corrective invoice in the cases contemplated in the current regulations on billing obligations, which state that invoices can only be modified if essential data is missing.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Depending on distance from our warehouse,delivery time can be as fast as1-2 working days, while most deliveries happen in 4-6 working days. Delivery times depend on both the country your order is being sent to and the type of shipping you have selected. Transportation strikes or other unforeseeable events might also add delay to the expected delivery date.

The customer is expected to take care of any customs duties or any requirements that the customs authorities impose over imported goods. The package can be withheld at customs for long periods of time, and even returned to origin should the customer fail to take care of these obligations. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except certain restrictions as a result of sanctions and regulations, customs formalities or the high costs that the customer has to face for the merchandise collection. Currently we do not ship to Russia, Iran, Somalia, North Korea, Belarus, China, India, Nigeria, Ukraine and Vietnam, but this list might change as per current sanctions and regulations.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Your order can be canceled as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To request the cancellation of your order, please send an email to support@nodlers.com as soon as possible. Please also remember to specify your order number so that our team can process your request correctly.

It won't be possible, however, to modify a product inside an order. We recommend you request the cancellation of your order and make a new purchase with the correct item(s) as soon as you have received the refund for the cancellation.

 Please note that if you have just placed an order and forgot to include a product, you will need to place a new order for its purchase.

How do I process a return?

Processing a return with us is very easy. To find out what steps you have to follow, go to our Returns page, where you will find a detailed explanation of how to proceed.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to send a return or report a problem with your order.

Once the products have been sent for return, if the transport process takes longer than 14 days, don't worry.

Can I exchange an item?

Any product you wish to change requires a return and the generation of a new order. We will always process the return of the items that you do not want to keep and we will refund the amount you paid through the same payment method you used in your purchase. Are return shipping costs at the customer's expense?

Yes. You can choose the company and the service you prefer for shipping the items you wish to return. 

To avoid further issues, we recommend you use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination. You must indicate on the shipment that you are the importer.

How and when will I receive the amount corresponding to my refund?

Generally, the refund is effective within approximately 5 working days after you receive the refund confirmation in your email.

Please note that refunds are always credited through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

The time between our request for a refund and the crediting of the money to your account ultimately depends on your bank or PayPal.

If I make a return, will the original shipping costs be refunded too, in case I have chosen express delivery?

Original shipping costs will be refunded only in the event that the return is due to the product being in poor condition or does not meet the specifications indicated.

For what reasons can a return be rejected?

The main reasons why a return will be rejected are the following:

The product has been returned after 14 calendar days

The product is sent without the mandatory protection box

The product and/or its box are not in perfect condition, as they were sent

Will I have to pay customs duties or local taxes?

If you are within the European Economic Area (EEA) you won't have to pay customs duties or local taxes, as it is a free trade zone.

Only orders to the Canary Islands (Spain), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Turkey, Norway and Channel Islands (UK), generate customs duties to be paid by the consumer.

Likewise, all international orders shipped to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may be subject to possible customs duties and local taxes. These concepts are completely outside our control, and it is up to the customer to pay for them upon receipt of the goods.

I would like my order to be delivered as soon as possible, can I arrange an express service?

Yes, we offer express shipping at an additional cost, if you wish. The delivery time for this service is 1 to 3 business days.

Express:

  • Spain: 1 to 3 working days
  • Europe: 1 to 4 working days
  • Rest of the world: 1 to 4 working days

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay either with Paypal, bank transfer or crypto-payment. For crypto-payments we use the payment gateway DePay, that accepts DAI and USDC.

I don't remember which eth address I added in the order, how can I find it?

It is on the invoice of your order, which you have received in your e-mail and which you can download from your user profile.
