Here you can find answers to your questions regarding Billing, Order, Shipping and Returns

Billing & Invoice

You can pay either with Paypal, bank transfer or crypto-payment. For crypto-payments we use the payment gateway DePay, that accepts DAI, USDT and USDC.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number where you can download your invoice.

You cannot alter the invoice information. Please ensure all your details are accurate before concluding the purchase process. If you wish to generate an invoice with the tax details of a company or an individual, the invoicing information must be correctly and comprehensively entered at the time of finalizing the contract, which means prior to the payment of the order. Once the payment is made, it will not be feasible to amend or reassign the invoice to a different company or individual.

This resolution is dictated by Royal Decree 1619/2012: Sales invoices are unchangeable once they are issued, although the right to receive a corrective invoice remains in scenarios specified in the existing billing obligation regulations, which state that invoices can only be amended if crucial data is absent.

To obtain the VAT exemption for EU companies, before placing your order you must create an account with us and then go to your profile and validate your VAT Number.
You will only be able to access this exemption if your VAT Number is registered and updated in VIES, otherwise the validation in your profile will not be possible.

Order Management

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email from DHL with the following details about your delivery:

  • the items included in the package
  • your tracking number (an identifier that the delivery company assigns to your package)
  • a direct link to check where your package is at all times.

Your order will be shipped after it has been prepared in our warehouse. This process takes from 2 to 3 working days, except during peak seasons with a very high volume of orders.

Your order can be canceled as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To request the cancellation of your order, please send an email to support@nodlers.com as soon as possible. Please also remember to specify your order number so that our team can process your request correctly.

It won't be possible, however, to modify a product inside an order. We recommend you request the cancellation of your order and make a new purchase with the correct item(s) as soon as you have received the refund for the cancellation.

Please note that if you have just placed an order and forgot to include a product, you will need to place a new order for its purchase.

Shipping

Depending on distance from our warehouse, delivery time can be as fast as 1-2 working days, while most deliveries happen in 4-6 working days. Delivery times depend on both the country your order is being sent to and the type of shipping you have selected. Transportation strikes or other unforeseeable events might also add delay to the expected delivery date.

 Standard Delivery Time:

  • Spain: 2 to 5 working days
  • Europe: 4 to 10 working days
  • Rest of the world: 4 to 10 working days

Express Delivery Time:

  • Spain: 1 to 3 working days
  • Europe: 1 to 4 working days
  • Rest of the world: 1 to 4 working days

We ship to most countries worldwide, except certain restrictions as a result of sanctions and regulations, customs formalities or the high costs that the customer has to face for the merchandise collection. Currently we do not ship to: Russia, Iran, Somalia, North Korea, Belarus, China, India, Nigeria, Ukraine and Vietnam, but this list might change as per current sanctions and regulations.

Why do we not ship to those countries? Exporting physical products involves compliance with various customs regulations and requirements in the destination country. These regulations can vary significantly from country to country and are subject to change based on factors such as trade agreements, import restrictions, and government policies. We have experienced certain problems with the specific countries in the past, and we haven't been able to deliver the product to the customer in the end, having to return it to origin losing big amounts of money and resources. That's why we have decided to not include them in the list of countries that we ship so far. But we will work in the future to improve this managements, at least to the best of our ability so that every person in the world can have access to buy a Dappnode

The customer is expected to take care of any customs duties or any requirements that the customs authorities impose over imported goods. The package can be withheld at customs for long periods of time, and even returned to origin should the customer fail to take care of these obligations. If you are required to provide certain documents you don’t have - contact us and we will try to help to the best of our knowledge.

We offer express shipping at an additional cost, if you wish.

Delivery Time:

  • Spain: 1 to 3 working days
  • Europe: 1 to 4 working days
  • Rest of the world: 1 to 4 working days

Returns

There are several marks that you need to check off to be able to return:

  1. Returns request must be sent within 14 days after you received the products. The date that determines the beginning of the days of the return period is the date of delivery.
  2. The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
  3. The item must be in its original condition.
  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging

Please note that we do not exchange items. If you wish, you can process a return and place a new order!

Step 1: Send an email to support@nodlers.com with the subject "Return DAppNode *Order number* *Name* *Surname*"

Step 2: Prepare your return with a protective box for shipping

You should use a suitable secure box according to the size and volume of the products. The box in which you received it would be suitable unless it has suffered damage on the way.

Step 3: Send us the product.

IMPORTANT: it is essential to inform the courier service that the shipment is an order return to origin, with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipment.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.

 

Step 4: Receive your refund

Once received at our factory, the quality of the returned products is checked and verified and then a refund is issued to the payment method that was used when placing the order.
You will receive a confirmation email along with the credit note at the same email address you requested the refund. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to be effective in your account, this depends exclusively on your bank.

The main reasons why a return will be rejected are the following:

  • The product has been returned after 14 calendar days
  • The product is sent without the mandatory protection box
  • The product and/or its box are not in perfect condition, as they were sent
  • Except for manufacturing problem, the equipment should work correctly
